I am curious what your payload is on the door sticker as well as your trim level & options. I saw a 6’4”Limited with 1,109# of payload. By the time you put a tonneau cover on that and a bed mat, you are at less than 1,000 usable. That got me thinking. Then I looked at a 6’4”Laramie with air...
The title says it all. I’m curious why the lower trim ORG gets the skid plate on the front suspension with the trim above with ORG it does not. Also, is this something that can be easily added after the fact?
Knowing your truck specs would help. THBS, how many KPL are you currently getting? Multiply the 125 liters by your demonstrated KPL and that is your theoretical range. Subtract a bit for a safety store and that is your practical range.
Just because RAM’s site says you get it doesn’t mean you get it. Case in point is on the bighorn, with the bed package, it states you get a bed divider. That is only true if you get ram boxes. The web site nowhere states this. False advertising? Probably.
Additionally, if you buy the bighorn 2...
False. My Expedition has had the cam phase issue twice. The first time they fixed it they used the newer “permanent fix” parts. Lasted 45K mikes til the problem returned. I’m not spending 4K+ to fix it and am bidding Ford adios if RAM ever builds my truck.
We are all aware of the rear window leaks, cracks & failures. One thing I have not seen discussed is if the failed window had ever had interaction with a tonneau cover, especially while travelling. Many of the hard folding, and some soft folding, covers rest against the rear window when fully...
You might want to price the truck on Caravan both with an engine noise & without. I have an Expedition with the cam phaser issue and to fix is $3K+. Fixed only gets me $600 more. Guess which way I am going. They are a dealer and I am disclosing the noise.
Read the contract. It will tell you if you can get out and how. If you financed the warranty, the refund will probably go to the lender as a principal payment.
Yeah, only 5 seaters in the Rebel. Additionally, unless you pony up for enhanced seating, the interior looks like it was designed by Jeep designers with a red paint brush. Also, you get stuck with a 5’7” bed.
You need the Bighorn 2, Trailer Tow Group and Trailer Technology group to be able to select the Surround View Camera system. FWIW, I like the chrome bumpers and grill look with the Delmonico red paint.
