The 2019 RAM I have today AC sucks really bad. Has anyone tried a 2020? I am so tired of being soaked in sweat from the AC not working on humid days

They ordered my headliner. We’ll see what happens. I hope RAM really does care.

Ram cares doesn’t care about my issues anymore either. I am disappointed. They closed my case out.

Those of you who had your headliners replaced have you heard of the dealer refusing to replace the headliners? I had to fight to get mine replaced I am nervous about them reinstalling the windshield. They said I may hear wind or noise from the windshield and they do not recommend it. I asked why...

Not sure yet the headliner is stained. We’ll see the truck is sitting outside.

Ugh. I love the truck but the AC issue has really bothered me. and now can still see the stain. So they had to replace the rear window?

They never even offered to replace my headliner. They cleaned it twice.

It sucks im stuck in traffic now and it’s not even cold.

I drove two hours in it and my butt was cold from the cooled seats for the first time ever! LOL

If you pinch off the heater core you can't believe how cold it is.

Do you work for RAM? I would be willing to help measure temps and show when its humid it works bad vs no humid.
