The 2 connectors are behind the head unit, bottom left. They used to be under the steering wheel

Mine does that. Sometimes leaving favorites for all apps then going back in and they populate. Definite bug

Unfortunately, mine is on the driver side and it definitely doesn’t feel good when I put my arm on the windowsill now that the weather is getting nicer. The dealership is going to fix it around 5 May. I’ll post what they find.
