Any one have long term experience with this tire? I’m stuck between these and the Toyo AT3.
I don’t have a Discount tire near me so I have to order without seeing them. I’m nervous they don’t have any mileage warranty. I’m planning to get 275/60/20’s and have them installed with Bilsteins I...
They way I understand it (which I’ve been wrong a few times) is the rears will accommodate up to 2” of lift. So I should be able to add ORG springs which are 1” or the icon which are 1.5” which will keep me under the max of 2” for the 5100’s. I was referring to 5 or 6 to the front setting.
I just got my rear 5100’s delivered. I’m having a hard time deciding if I should do setting 5 or 6. I want some rake so I’m adding either ORG springs or ICONS in the rear, haven’t ordered yet. Any opinions from people who have done similar?
I’m also interested so hopefully someone can give a review. I bought Bilstein 5100’s. I can’t decide if I should go with ORG springs in the rear or Icon.
I just got a quote from zeigler and Chrysler direct, for 8/85 and $200 deductible they are the same price if paying up front. $1,245
Chrysler direct goes up $200 if financing but they offer 18 month financing which might interest some people.
This was for a 2020 ram 1500 bighorn.
All of this makes perfect sense, I never thought of it like that.
On a non ORP do you think there would be a significant difference in ride quality between setting 5 and 6?
I think my new plan is fronts on either 5 or 6 and adding 5100’s in the rear with ORP springs to give me some rake. Also...
How do you like the ride? Your truck looks great. I bought bilstein’s, And Im having a hard time deciding if I should go with ORP springs at a lower setting or my stock springs at a higher setting. Any ideas which would provide a better ride
Looks nice! I went back and forth on that kit or Bilsteins, ended up ordering the 5100’s but those pictures and Fatherdeaths review have me thinking again!
