PPE is the beat bang for the buck if you plan on keeping the truck past the next fluid change and really is a simple bolt on just like the Dorman replacement.. other then knocking out the spacers which easily done with a socket and tap from whatever you have close by. You don’t even have to use...
No chips here on the flares but I also don’t have a Tungsten or flaps or non running power boards… but I did PPF and ceramic coat over them.
Actually one side doesn’t have PPF on them atm since I had one repainted from an accident a few years back.

I use a combination of the ESI kit w/ some 3d printed seal basically its like the Ram Seal listed above but 3d printed with rubber this is with the Retrax I still get slight intrusion in the rear but its nothing to worry about. I just keep it mind that it’s a truck bed and not 100% waterproof or...
High speed plus sand can really do its number on paint.. thats not a RAM issue that just automotive paint isn’t strong enough to resist that. I know you say you hardly drive but again you don’t really know whats kicking up on the roads you’re driving over.

Yep driver side is a bit more difficult but still completely do-able. Might wanna remove the shield on that side as well and check for cracks or broken bolts.. you might be surprised.

It’s a truck… you want a complete seal get a suv, or topper or one piece fiberglass tonneau cover but you’re out of luck w/ the rambox feature. No truck bed seals completely.

Unnecessary imo. Have some penetrating oil, quality left hand drill, screw extractor on hand. Use hand tools only when removing and installing new bolts. Avoid the urge to use power tools on the manifold bolts, however it’s fine on the Cat to manifold.. low risk if a bolt breaks. I also use a...
Might wanna research Cybertrucks issues before sticking your wife in that thing. In the event of an accident things can go wrong quickly.

I thought mine could be gummed up injector related when it originally happened shortly after manifold replacement my tank had been sitting low for a while. I ran the code P219a and misfire I think on bank 1. No noticeable driving difference other than the CEL turned on. I tighten the two bolts...
Both but a day after each other and didn’t drive it far enough to notice anything. I haven’t noticed anything different with the idle but ill keep a closer eye on it next time it pops up.

Good question
To add to it.. I also got that code after I fixed the manifold issues it’ll turn on for a few hundred miles then go off then reappear again eventually. Haven’t had time to really dig into it and figure out what could be causing it.

Film… no
But you may be able to ceramic coat the windshield using a glass coating.. no clue if it’ll help just with chips in general
