After reading the thread on the tsb think I am just going to cancel the appointment. A couple degrees isn't worth the lost day of work. Mine was blowing at 49 degrees and according to the mechanic it should have been 29. It doesn't sound like it will go much below where it is at now.

Do you get a shift sensor error? if the computer isn't sensing it in park it wont shut it all the way off. It happened to me a couple times in my 2019 when I spun the shift knob too fast to park and it bounced back out. Just a thought.

I put the console cover on. Needed a slight change from the leather. Kept it off lease and little things keep it fresh for me.

I have had the issue intermittently and this morning I just disconnected the battery for a half hour. Now it works, but my heat only says hi and lo now, no more degree settings. I assume it will come back after I run the truck for a bit.

that is exactly what happened to me. follow the steps above and I hope they work. Make sure you rename your wifi, if you don't it wont work. I hope this helps.
