Only thing I can suggest is checking YouTube for it, or the aftermarket lighting companies usually have how to videos to show you how to change them. You may be able to give one a call and they will walk you through it. I have a 2019 so it was the old style, super easy. Good luck.

When was the last time you had your cabin filter changed? Maybe it gets a little wet and there is some funky stuff in it. I change mine every year. Just a quick thought. I use a KAX carbon filter and it seems to knock out odors. I tried a Fram fresh or whatever it was and that stunk.

If one of your doors is loose and opened a little it could send it into park and engage the parking brake. Not a common thing though. I believe I saw something about that on here somewhere a while ago.
