Just a heads up, if you do it, Disconnect holder from bumper and pull out and connect. It was hard to get them disconnected and tire and hitch is in the way.

It should sense the difference I would think, but I would still grab from Amazon in case. No issues with mine plugged in between like that.

I believe, unless thinking of Grand Cherokee that there is a sensor near each wheel that picks up the pressures. Maybe look into that?

I doubt the OEM HD sub would be a plug n play. Probably different plugs. You could possibly try an aftermarket sub box. I'm not sure if anyone has ever done that. If you're going to mess with it, Aftermarket sub/amp would be best route and you wouldn't have to spend much, unless you chose to.

Yeah they look cool and all, but seen too many complain, so sticking with OEM and if anything upgrade everything after. See how the subs and dash speakers go first before I run down that hole again. I have the HK system.

None. Some have tried to just swap the speaker with Pioneer, which I did in 4Th Gen and really wasn't worth the cost or hassle.
