raising it would definitely improve the clearance, but I've seen videos about that little flap and the liner. Sorta why I stuck with 285/65R20 34.6X11.2, but also running a 20X9 0 offset
Many parts PC from companies don't hold up because I believe they're low quality coating. Especially the chinese ebay bumpers etc. That's why I'm redoing the RC bumpers before installing, plus I wanted OEM color matched. I did the bumpers, step grating and grille on my 4th Gen.
Yeah the painted bumpers suck for rocks. Depending, you could always pull it an powdercoat for better protection. I'm swapping both of my bumpers probably next year with Rough Country and powdercoating them OEM color so they match.
