Got a Flowmaster muffler installed for some great growl and installed a aftermarket starter kit for use with my phone app. Working on adding ditch light brackets but the weather today is a warm -8 degrees so maybe tomorrow.
So stupid question here, if your emptying any oil or crud out of catch can are you replacing that oil back into truck with new oil? Seems like it would be running lower oil now right?
If this hasn't been said yet, did you cover the air pressure vents back there(black vents in Cab wall) with anything like a filter or anything at all, if not that sound is still going to be bad as there is nothing to stop it from the outside coming into the cab. Just need maybe some pilyfill...
Are all of the lights controlled with the acc or is it a permanent on or off with the truck not running and it's just off battery powering then. I am going to hook up some ditch lights today and want them be able to turn off when the truck turns off.
So one wire comes from battery to relay...
Yeah, that's kind of what I thought but it's what the instructions said, so IDK. I watched a video on YouTube with a guy that did the same ucas but a different Spacer and he had his ball joint fully pumped with grease so it almost looked like a Ballon. Not sure what I might have done wrong.

Did you have to do anything with the crossovers or amp when you installed these or are you running a non factory amp? Did you also disable the noise canceling system also? I am going to later sound deadened the doors, I love that thud of a good quality truck door shut instead of the empty hollow...
Still happy with the Rough Country set up? How many miles have you put in it so far? I'm about to pull the gun on this setup going from the 2" readylift setup.
Soooo, I just was investigating a strange clunking noise on the drivers side front after about a month in on new bigger tires and 2" readylift level and came across this.
Grease coming out of the ball joint boot already. I had this problem with the first set that I bought and I thought I...
That wasn't my point, my point was we can't leave anything connected to the USB port like a phone or anything that uses power and not still have it suck down the battery to a certain level instead of cutting the power to it like it should when you turn the truck off. Kind of pointless really...
