Has anybody found just the glass with the blind spot, heating and the auto dimming? The only ones that I see around are the ones that are heated and blind spot but no auto dimming. Around $40 a peice
If that hasn't been answered yet and you have a harborfreight close by than get this and you'll need to grind the opening tooth a little wider to make it fit all the way in.

Easy after that just be careful and leave the nut loosely on still so the whole thing...
Hope you don't live in a place where you have snow and ice. Your going to have rust and junk on those uca zerk grease point area, it just sits there with no place to go and will eventually cause problems. I got rid of mine before I had this problem and bought Rough Country that did have caps...

I know this is a weird and possible dangerous answer but if I don't put my seat belt on the start stop function does not engage, is that the same with your truck? Maybe it's something simple like the seat belt system is bad
When I asked one of the guru's at American truck about the "no highway use" disclaimer on the bottom of the page he just said it's not cal certified and they are mostly used for racing trucks and cars. But if it's still pulling crud out for these trucks might as well spend the extra cash on it
