I'm scheduled Monday for a mobile install. The glass company said Ram wasn't on the list for any recalibration, although when I initially made the appointment the nice lady stated it was required. :whistle: I called the dealer (we have 3 in the area) and asked if it was required, he fumbled...

Based on my 1st dealer service visit from the 27th of December and their total lack of basic customer service and lack of caring and follow up - a resounding NO! Almost 2 weeks waiting on STAR to respond to, very sad.

I’ve noticed that when you save your seat button 1 or 2, it seems to save the xm station as well. I noticed this by accident when I grabbed my other fob that I hadn’t used prior.
