I can't seem to get Android Play to work on my 12" system. It just keeps saying no files found when I select USB as my source. I have tried it in USB 1 & 2. Nothing! I do have the app on my phone! John

There is a TSB to fix the HK volume issue . Go to your dealer and ask them to install it. I am attaching it to this post. You will be amazed at the quality after you get it!!

Issue with Uconnect 12" system. Every time I turn on the motor, the upper section (split screen) defaults back to the "select upper card" screen. No matter what I have displayed on the top screen it goes back to that screen. Bottom has stays as I left it!! Any idea what is going on?? John
