Software is up to date and phone is paired to Bluetooth! USB won't recognize device!! John

Still can't get Android auto to work! Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, using the factory USB cable and all the screen says is "device not supported"!! No maps, no music, no nothing! Galaxy S8+. Any suggestions? John

I can't even figure out how to get Android Auto to work. All mine says is "no files found" while on USB 1 or 2. Doesn't seem to even recognize something is connected! Can someone walk me thru the install?? Thanks, John
