Anyone swap radios from 5' in to 8.4" and use alfa obd to enable steering wheels controls? I have 22 bh went to a 8.4 radio non nav from a 2020 3500 but my steering wheel volume and phone controls dont work. Seems there has to be something for software to recognize new radio. Everything else works.

the radio came out of a 2020 ram 3500 bh . One large black plug. Everything hooked up except satelite until i the cable and now satelite works.

I have not changed anything in alfaobd yet. I hooked up everything except the satelite had to get a fakra z cable for that . Everything else works except steering buttons for stereo and phone im not sure if mine is a ucon4 or 5 . Its a my22 . The bezel has no other features has same as old one ...

I just replaced my 5" to a 8.4 screen non nav, non heated seats everything works except button controls on steeeing wheel. Im not sure if i have to use alfa obd or jscan to enable?

Is there a setting in alfa obd or jscan to enable my steering wheel radio controls? I upgraded to 8.4 non nav. Everything works even Sirius satt. Even though i never had it before. Can not use steering wheel volume, scan or phone talk .

I just upgraded from the basic 5" to 8.4 everything is working except controls on steering wheel.for vol ,scan and telephone buttons , any idea how to enable that?

These came out not to long ago , im probably going to just replace mine in the future and not have to worry about it before they break.

I have a small trailer 15ft , its easy to tow but if you want to see how your truck will pull a heavy trailer try towing through the Saltriver canyon or Through Payson. Lot of long big mountains to test it .

How easy to change the tstat? Will it affect my warranty , Can i change my fan settings in Alfa obd?

I bought some off ebay , probably same company makes them. I modified mine they were the h7 h1 halogen i made the holes bigger put in some lasfit led bulb assembly left over from my stock light housing. Works good

could check your abs sensors see if wires or sensors got damaged.
