Oh those POS's. Common theme with that dealership, their online reviews are also horrible. I would put a complaint in to Ram if I were you.

Black Lug Nuts that Hold Up

Have had these on my last 2 trucks and they are great. Cheap, they hold up, they don't move (no chance of them coming off while driving), easy to remove with the little tool as mentioned above and no worrying about losing paint like when you have colored lug nuts.

    Resale question?

Great story, glad it all worked out! Truck looks beautiful too.

Darrell's is a great stop for food. They have great sandwiches, but the place is huge and set up more like a bar. Was packed at lunch when I passed through. 119 W College St, Lake Charles, LA 70605

Same thing I've said to everyone since I picked it up, and everyone that's been in the truck. Very comparable with current luxury SUV's on the market

Just something to think about. I wouldn't say it's a deal breaker, as you can always sell privately (no one is going to bring a paint measurement device to a private sale I don't think). I just know that Carmax and some of the websites (vroom.com etc) will go over a car a bit more finely than...

Just another thinking point ... if you are only going to keep the truck a few years, think about the diminished value if you try and sell to a dealer or trade in etc. Most legit 2nd hand car buyers will check the paint with depth instrument so you'll probably either have to disclose what work...

I sold my last 2 trucks through Facebook marketplace. Give that a try also if you haven't already ... alot of tire kickers but there's usually at least a few legitimate buys also.

can also vouch for GMTV.com, they are great. Sold the gf's Tesla to them and the process was seamless, and they were very professional.

Whats that screen that shows your fuel economy etc? Is it buried deep in the apps somewhere?

Please name and shame the dealer, that is absolutely atrocious behaviour and they should be publicly shamed.

Front camera not working - easy fix?

Just noticed tonight that the front camera on my 22 Limited isn't working. I don't use surround view much so i guess I didn't notice ... not sure how long it's been out, may have been since I picked it up a few weeks ago. Does anyone know if there are any things to check that may be a quick...

Haha I sometimes get confused also, I thought the 20's on my old 4th Gen were massive ... little did I know!

Mines scheduled for tint Tuesday and it couldn't come quick enough, sick of people staring at me at the lights. It's like no one has ever seen a guy do the macarena in his car before.

Ergh I hope that badge the dealer put on the tailgate is easily removed. Can't stand when they put stuff on painted parts of a car. Put a sticker on the damn window instead!
