I have a 2023 with E torque and I wish I would have gotten a 2022 without E torque instead but the timing wasn't right.
Another thing to consider is in 22.5+ they removed the rear reclining, rear heated, and rear air conditioned seats and the 4 way lumbar adjust on the driver and passenger seat...
I have a 2023 which shipped with a faulty clock spring from the factory. It was replaced at 3000 miles and I haven't had any issue since. I have almost 30000 miles now.
I'm glad your truck is working as intended. I wish our trucks could be without issues as well.
I want to say the majority of the time the truck drives as it should. But I definitely don't think a grinding growling noise taking off from first and a harsh shift into a second where the growling...
Let us know if it improves your situation.
I'm still under the theory that when the engine is off during the start stop all the pressure bleeds off the transmission and it tries to engage the clutches with low pressure on take off causing the clutches to slip. I'm getting noise and a feeling...

If you decide to give it a go let us know your experiences.

I'm sure we have all had that awful dealership experience at least once in our lives. In the future I would like to give my...
This is very interesting, I adjusted my trailer brake gain from 5.0 to 0 and I believe this has improved my shifting as well. I have no idea why the trailer brake gain would alter the way the truck shifts. You would think this would only change the behavior in tow haul mode.
I just wanted to...
This is very interesting. I've been experiencing similar transmission issues. I'm going to double check my gain and see if it changes anything.
I'm glad this thread was brought to the top again! If this improves my shifts I'm going to be thrilled. I will report back with my findings.
Thanks...
