Mine still gives the "suspension cooling down" message every once in a while but eventually cooperates. Maybe a tiny leak somewhere? Keeping it in the garage in the winter seems to make a difference. I can understand the cooling down message when I ask it to raise but don't see why the...
I just want to know how you survived driving a Limited year-round in Key West without 3rd degree burns. That giant sunroof + black leather + crew cab = solar oven. Turn on the AC to convert it to an air fryer.
Is this a daily driver? I'd get a 1-2 year coating if so, and just have it redone every few years. You're going to go crazy trying to stretch it 7+ years on a daily driver no matter what level ceramic you get. Better off putting the money towards more PPF.
I am sure the truck will work great. But it's engineered obsolescence. Not a huge fan of that trend. Maybe I should get a horse and buggy and be Amish, but it's amazing the amount of independence and control we have given up over our transportation, communication, work, entertainment, etc.

Found this page helpful to at least understand the problems:

Pretty bummed by all the horror stories. Mine gives the "cooling down, please wait" message 1-2x per trip. I'll probably take it in. Blows my mind a truck like...
Seems like the way to go. Looked up the composition of Lemon Pledge....a mixture of hydrocarbons but also silicones, which would be good for all the vinyl and plastic in our engine bays now.
Not a fan. I think it actually hurts gas mileage. Not a knock on the ACC in the Ram specifically, just ACC in general as a concept. The computer/sensors don't take into account traffic AHEAD of the vehicle you are following, nor does it react to things like brake lights. Just feel I can drive...
I went through the same thing buying mine last month. Used or new might not matter much...as long as you know what you want and at what out the door prices. I found it was important to learn as much as possible about every package and option that could be on one truck to the next. Decide where...
