lol, I know. I am on a 6in BDS lift. So not sure if that makes a difference and on 285/55R22 LT 3 ply sidewall tires. not that 6H/5L was bad but I wanted to see if I could get a better plushier ride while on the roads here in FL and played with the settings a bit more. Plan was to knock it down...
Ok, so I tried something crazy. I went to 6 High and 1 Low and it works for me. Not too much body roll and just enough softness for everyday driving. Crazy how tunable these shocks are. :)
I’m surprised they replaced it. The new fix/tsb is to apply a special sealant around the top and side. Had that done on mine earlier this year and was past the 3 year warranty but covered by the rear window warranty extension. So far so good.
Just wanted to post for giggles. I had to rent a car for a longer trip this past weekend where I didn't know if my Ram would fit in certain areas. The rental car I was given was a 2025 Jetta. Could not believe how much better my Ram rode on my Fox DSC 2.5's compared to the jetta. I couldn't wait...
So drove it a few more days at 7H/5L. It’s it bit too stiff for my liking, dropped it back to 6H/5L. I may even try going back to
5H/4L just for kicks and see the difference then settle on one or the other.
I can't speak on the Accutune but heard getting the Fox's tuned to your specs and likes is most likely the way to go. I have just the basic just as they came from BDS\FOX and it works for me. I may send them to Accutune when it's time to service mine and just get them tuned. @boogielander...
I just got my results for my oil analysis from blackstone labs for my 2021 5.7 Hemi with 57,000 miles. I’ve sent my oil to them over the last few years and notice a slight creep up in manganese with this time it being at 12. They didn’t show any concern in the comments but should I be? I use PUP...
Yeah, it felt better than 5h/4L.
Floated over most if not all road imperfections. Going to run it it a few more
Days to be sure. I also have a 6” bds lift. So it felt better to me.
Torque specs changed for the front ends links . Be sure to torque them

So if I understand what I am reading is it’s possible that the higher I go it provides an all around better ride? Like I posted above. I set mine to 4L/5H and it rides better but I may try bumping it up just to experiment. Always read the opposite so was cautious to go higher.
@boogielander Question since you seem to have the most experience with the Fox DSC and your writeup is one I have referenced 100's of times. I have been messing with my settings for over a year to get the right comfort level for on road and off road. I came across a Ram 2500 thread where someone...
how are they on wet pavement? I live in Florida and my Mickey Thompson Baja Boss AT which is what I am replacing now were great. Just want to see if moving back to non-LT tire will help with the ride. Oh, and I want to stay close to a 35" if possible. I have 285/55-22 now
I had posted earlier about downsizing Tire size from 22 to 18 to get more sidewall for a better ride. That would be an expensive move for me as I have to buy rims as well. Was looking around and saw the Nitto Recon grapplers come in a 305/55/22 in a S rating. Has anyone had any experience with...
I am getting ready to change the front and rear diff fluids out and wanted to know if having a 6in BDS lift change how I need to measure the fluid when I fill it? Wasn’t sure if the angle changes since the BDS truly moves the front diff down to keep things within spec.
Do I just let the fluid...
