Probably software -- and also complete rewiring of everything on the RAM.
Since the software engineering resources have been outsourced to Turkey, Morroco, and other places around the globe, don't hold your breath for quick fixes.
25 RAM has a completely revised wiring architecture.
Sorry to hear. I am at almost 4K. It feels like Russian roulette before my time comes!
I am dropping off mine tomorrow because the stupid Uconnect system requires service nuance for the 2nd time.
My turn signal gets locked up at times during right-hand turns. The brake pedal at times makes a...
Over 3700 miles so far
AVG city/HWY on SO engine has been 20 MPG - avg speed in HWY 70 MPH going uphill
City only is around 16MPG with a lot of stop and go.
That is smart!
My dealer's tech removed the rear seat and crisscrossed the seat belts.
I hate to go back the 2nd time with "your connect system requires service - see your dealer" message!

I assume that when Stellantis gets its act together, they will have an update for the jerky shifting.
My 2019 had the same issue and a software update fixed the shifting
I had a 2019 Laramie sport, it was t-boned totaled after 5/12 years - 37,500 miles. I had zero issues. Just the Nucnece software-related stuff.
Have owned the 25 Big Horn SST. No CEL so far. Overall I like it. the SST engine is great.
Get the level 2, tow pckg equipment. My dealer had BH with...
I paid zero- FCA picked up the tab due to too many issues and my complaints to the Stellantis executives.
Unless you have an honest dealer, I would expect at least 200 bucks for programming.
In my case, the tech did not use the wire bundle that came with the kit.
Yes - dealer needs to program on 2025.
Remember - the controller is behind the rear seat. The switch is on the dash - same as before
I have the install instructions somewhere on this thread.
I don't want to start another thread about 25.
It would be great to know the following for 2025 SST:
1- How many miles to date
2- Problems to date
My data:
Miles: 3360
Problems: random "Uconnect requiring service" messages.
Looking at your profile picture looks like you don't live in AZ,
Any AZ filks --- do you know of a touchless carwash in the Chandler/Tempe/Gilbert area?
