I found 1 video but can't find it again. The guy in there used a thin flat screwdriver on the center piece and it was super easy.
I follow its advised and it was real easy, nothing got broken

I would recommend to just changes the uca's even if its a pavement princess - the angles are just not great. here a link to another thread that was closed but my post #3 has pictures on my truck and the angles before and after. for your reference mine is also a BTS - I added leveling struts @1.5...

yep this year has been the slowest for us, owner was considering closing down. but we are starting to see positive news and orders starting February of next year, hopefully it continues

Yes on the alignment.
Use something like straps to help support the weight of the hub assembly it really does help. Assuming you have also watch some videos. But here is one just in case. My passenger side gave me a real hard time to release the ball joint
