IM NOT SURE EXACT AMOUNTS BUT I USED AMSOIL IN ALL 3 AND USED THE SQUEEZE STYLE BAGS EACH ONE TOOK 2 WHOLE BAGS AND 3/4 OF THE 3RD. I MADE SURE TO MAKE THE TRUCK AS LEVEL AS POSSIBLE AND FILLED UNTI IT THE NEW FLUID CAME OUT OF THE FILL HOLE.
YOU CAN FIT 35'S WITH JUST LIFTING THE FRONT WITH LINKS. NO ISSUES AT ALL. THE ISSUE IS RUNNING 12.5 WIDES ETC THATS WHERE YOU RUN INTO ISSUES WITH STOCK OFFSET (+18)

Also worth mentioning kenda klever. I’ve got 35’s but I believe they have 33’s. They’ve been great in snow and down pour rain with large pools of standing water.
I have them set about 35-34 and have aired them down to 12-18 a few times with great results.
i just wash it and scrub it with my wash mitt when i wash the truck with a 0 ph soap and foam cannon. if its really dirty get a soft bristle drill brush and go to town.
i then use 303 protectant https://www.amazon.com/303-Tonneau-Cover-Convertible-Cleaner/dp/B0185PU376?ref_=ast_sto_dp
