We use wrap around harness destination labels on each end and overall harness label every 6' on every harness, on top of every wire being stamped individually. most of our harnesses have wire overbraid and tech flex on them as well.
Used it to tow my Dakota home from the road course. Over heated after my step son went off course with it. Now it has a misfire and noise from valve train.
WhT temperatures are you seeing in your transmission? When you installed the 180 thermostat, did you get a custom tune to allow the fans to turn on sooner and also adjust the timing and fueling accordingly?

Yes, and it's a somewhat common failure item if you are getting service 4wd lights and it won't shift into 4wd. I replaced axle lock actuator earlier this year.
Would need to know your year and model. Digital key is a 2025+ feature. But even 2025 owners say it doesn't work yet. I'm sure the comfort settings are the same
There really is no comparison between a canned one size fits most tune, and a custom tune for your truck. Diablos canned tunes are very "safe" with timing and fuel. A custom tune with data logging will always provide better results
Seems you have a hard time accepting suggestions. Not sure exactly what you were looking for. There were quite a few valid replies with constructive input about possible issues. But you have dismissed most of them without thought. Good luck in your journey.
