Front diff locked in. Clutches in transfer case that will transfer power to front axle when rear wheel spin is detected.

You push the 4-high button to shift into 4wd. If you want 4-low, shift to neutral and be under 5mph. Pretty standard procedures for most 4wds

He's using SD cards in a USB adapter. It's probably just a compatibly issue with formatting of the SD cards or file format of music files

Would need to know your year and model. Digital key is a 2025+ feature. But even 2025 owners say it doesn't work yet. I'm sure the comfort settings are the same

There really is no comparison between a canned one size fits most tune, and a custom tune for your truck. Diablos canned tunes are very "safe" with timing and fuel. A custom tune with data logging will always provide better results

Sounds like you may need a new battery. Did you have AutoZone test the battery while you were there?
