Dodge/RAM does not shut the vehicle off if key fob is not present. They say it's a safety issue to not lhave it shut down in traffic. but once you turn it off, it will not restart. And if you start the truck and leave it does honk at you. You can't compare it to other manufacturers system

When you are dealing with clutch fans it's a completely different situation. Not comparable to any vehicle with just electric fans for cooling.

Removing the grill shutters wouldn't have much effect on engine temps, because that is regulated by your thermostat and electric fans. Same with transmission temps. Even with the grill shutters closed there is still airflow through the radiator.

From my experience with the corporate 9.25 limited slip axles, even if the bottle of diff fluid you pour is says it already has the additive, you still need to add more for the clutches to work properly.
