52k on a 66k laramie is a good, solid deal. Can be done if you're patient and willing to go farther than your backyard. I'd put good money on a redesigned Japanese build making a push for top safety pick.

Have you had a load calculation done by an electrician to see what you actually need? That 7.3kw is going to get you about 60amps at 120 or around 30amps at 240. It's not much. Good luck though. Might work fine.

They still sell and are super solid trucks. Toyota isn't stupid. They got a LONG run out of the current Tundra and Tacomas.

Not going to lie, I'm very interested to see what the upcoming Tundra redesign has. It will set the stage for the next round of interiors/tech in the Toyota lineup. I love my Ram, but appreciate the durability of Toyota. Their albatross is the lack of modern tech and interior design.
