Yep you would think so....but good luck.
I can tell you when I brought my truck in that has Max Care for 4YR/60K miles (basically to cover my 4 year lease) the service manager looked to make sure I was still in 3/36 before agreeing to try to get it covered. Luckily he was able to get it...
It seems that only the base 3/36 warranty will get these type of things fixed. Extended warranties do not which is dissapointing to say the least. I guess the extended is not really an extension of the 3/36.
And terrible CS is unfortunately the norm for Ram and Dodge. Is yet another reason...
This must be your first Dodge/Ram product....they have never been committed to excellence...is the reason they were bottom of the list in customer satisfaction for so many years.
And their dealerships and also terrible for the most part.
They sell because their design is fantastic and their...
Yup, they could definitely have done a better job with this...not sure if it was legal that was worried or what.
Not sure why they have settings on this. High should really take over and move the steering wheel.
Maybe the 2024 model will have it.
We won't know that till we get real world numbers. I assure you it will get better on the EPA testing.
3.5 Ecoboost does get around 1-2 better and 2.7 Ecoboost gets more than double that better.
Or some people have a smoother MDS...I think those with stock trucks notice it the least. It seems aftermarket exhausts really show the MDS working.
Mine is totally stock and other than the Eco light coming on there is no way you can tell...at least with normal entertainment running.
MDS is going to make some but not much of a difference. Want to test it? Turn it off for a week and track your MPGs.
It would be nice if it turned on at idle, but for some reason it turns off at 15 MPH or less.
Just replying that they are the best bang for the buck for sure.
Good products and good people. Pan the Organizer on YouTube has lots of videos testing the products.
So to add to this never ending thread, it might occur to some people that having a bit of buffer in the case of poor quality fuel might be a good thing.
So running 87 all the time does present this risk whereas running 89 or a mix close to this would perhaps give you a buffer to feel...
I doubt it will get better...but I have similar driving as you and get 13.x-14.x depending on how much interstate driving gets mixed in.
Mine has 16K miles on it now for reference.
