I'd be pissed and get something for it. I don't follow the break-in procedure to a T but 119 on a brand new truck without anything having a chance to mesh together and break-in is stupid. Of course it won't happen again, its not like they're going to re-deliver this truck. All that said...

I wouldn't do a sunroof aftermarket. I love my sunroof, even if I just open the sunshade. I've had panoramic roofs on multiple Jeeps since 2012 and never an issue with noise or leaks. I had one that would creak if I was pulling into a steep driveway on an angle, but that was it.

Agreed, it'll be a better tune for your particular truck but it is a good chunk of change so the benefits may not outweigh the costs. I might just get a pulsar so I can get rid of MDS.

Unlock the PCM and then Diablo or HPTuners.

I would normally agree but there are labor shortages with some of the transportation companies and trucks have been sitting waiting for a ride. While damage in shipping is definitely a thing, it's not always the case.

These things are real finicky if there is anything going on with the battery. Since the truck is 3 years old, I would do 2 things....replace the factory H7 battery with an H8 AGM (there is a small bracket or something that will need to be removed, but it will otherwise drop in no problem)...

I liked that pano roof in my Jeeps and now in my Ram. I have a layer of 50% ceramic tint up on the sunroof when I'm getting the rest of my windows tinted, it helps with the heat in the summer and having the shade open.
