Either they are pulling your leg or Stellantis is only accepting certain orders due to parts shortage. Either way, call another dealership and see if they are accepting all orders or not. That is if you don't want the one you ordered. I am in eastern Iowa and I ordered a 2022 Rebel back in May.
Hey, I literally ordered 2 days after you but will have to wait for 2.5 months minimum before I get mine as it's a 2022. Please add more pics when you have it!
I tried to order a 2021 on 6 May but it wouldn't let them and we had to order a 2022.
I would fly down and pick up. But I think I am gonna stay with my original order. I will be checking in on 1 Aug with my dealer and see where we stand and will update everyone here.
I am 1100 miles away, but I wonder if I order now when would I actually receive the vehicle. I was one of the first to order a 2022 on May 6th and I am not sure how long of delay I would have if I abandoned that order and went with Mark Dodge....... Gotta think about this more. They say we pay...
I just contacted Mark Dodge and they beat the price for the vehicle I ordered by $1300. But then my order goes to the end of the line instead of near the front. Price of convenience? I bought from a local dealer but I don't know if there is any real advantage to buying from the same place that...
100208. I joined 5th Gen Rams the day I ordered it but it would seem 207 people ordered before me! And I went in at 10am CST on the 6th to order so not sure how 207 people beat me! :)
I plan to go in on August 1st and check my status. As one of the first people to order I feel I should have the skinny on updates before others.......if they don't prioritize certain builds before others.
I placed my 2022 order on 5/6/21 and got a VIN and price 24 Jun 21. So you should go in to the dealer and see what the deal is. They should have some answer for you.
I would like that as well but I wouldn't count on it. I really wish certain options weren't locked in together. I didn't want black leather, especially since it ain't being cooled, but alas, I would have to get something else besides the Rebel to get that one item.
So can confirm as well that prices are out at dealerships. Went in this morning thanks to Gracieboy (Thank you very much BTW) and got the updated order sheet. The prices are very very similar with only a $800 difference in price. Now to wait and see what incentives come up when its delivered. I...
I tried. The new vehicle manager said that I couldn't change the order since the vin was associated with the vehicle. Is there something I should know?
