My etorque doesn't shut off at lights when the AC is on. Never. Normal?

I just clean the threads and use a bit if thread sealant and use the "good-n-tight enough" method with a 3/8" ratchet. You'll know when it seems tight enough, you don't need to crank on it. There also aren't a lot of threads on it, it isn't like a bolt...

E-torque also has a little bit of a regenerative braking feel. Mine has been trouble free for 21k moles, though if I could do it again I would get with the regular alternator.

Range is going to be a big issue with trucks for a decade. Towing kills range. Cold weather kills range. Using AC kills range (not as much as towing or cold).

Replace the filter and top off the oil. That should take care of it. Could try an OEM filter if concerned.
