    Price negotiated from MSRP

I don't recall seeing much posted about them other than seeing them on the list, but if you contact or end up ordering with them, I would make sure they are willing to opt for price protection on the order. That's another one that's business as usual at MD and you can trust your preorder price...

    Power side steps

Are they not going down all the way? Or does your truck have a large lift on it? Mine come down much closer to the ground than conventional fixed boards (to the point that I wouldn't want to drive with them in the deployed position and have heard of them getting ripped off like that going...

    Price negotiated from MSRP

Exactly. This is the main thing that needs to be acknowledged when considering MD vs a more local dealer. MD actually earns your business the whole way through whereas so many of these other places that discount, still insist on playing these stupid games. Like so many others here, I can't tell...

What did you do to your Ram today???

I'm at a loss for words about that and lending it out like that. If my uncle/father/wife/best friend whoever told someone they could borrow my truck like that, I'd kindly and politely tell all of them to f*ck off. The absolute most I would do in a scenario like that is let someone I know and...

    Dash Cluster Setup

Yes, or the evic that is selected/available with that trim level. I remember the smaller 4th gen evic coudln't display the gear you were in even in manual mode where the larger one could, not sure all of the differences on these 5th gens but it sounds like showing the current gear your in isn't'...

    Phone Holder?

What kind of phones do you guys have that can't stay in the holder? Between my wife, daughter and my cell phones I've never had one fall out of the wireless area or the area to the right of that (where I keep mine most of the time since it's plugged in for carplay). Granted this is a small...

    Leaks

That and go to every other vehicle make/model forum on the internet and find me a vehicle where someone hasn't been "wronged" like this before by a manufacturer and let me know what your next vehicle choice is going to be. It's all luck of the draw, the good thing about these auto forums is you...

    Mark Dodge Thread

Sounds like something changed on the 2022s in regards to tracking them once on their way from dealer to you. I tracked my 2021 last June and it seemed pretty accurate and up to date the whole time, I could check location once and then refresh 20 minutes later and see the truck approximately 20...

    Start of 2022 Production.

They are nice to have all around the truck for longer road trips. Otherwise my drivers door one works perfect for holding my binoculars, very easy to grab them from there when I want them.

    Start of 2022 Production.

Seems like there are some weird things happening with the wrong wheels coming on trucks. I've seen a few limiteds posted here lately with longhorn rims, with the speculation being that the off road package may have triggered this. However, that still isn't right (why would selecting that option...

    Dash Cluster Setup

I like the various temp/psi readout as well and this has been my usual setup for most of my rams: Don't really have to look down there too often with the HUD, I've enjoyed having that on this ram.

    Is this forum hacked?

Haha technically the past tense or "past participle" to get real fancy, of screen shot. However, there's a chance I may have meant serengeti :ROFLMAO:

    Is this forum hacked?

Hope you took a break from learning Chinese to at least indoctrinate yourself with the fool proof ways of our neighbors to the north when it comes to appetite fat burners! It has been a ton better lately though, I'm not sure if I've noticed them at all the last few days and if so barely at...

    Adaptive Headlights…can you tell?

Yep, easy to try to see that at starup when it's dark, I took this video at night of mine at startup: Edit: Forgot to mention though that I do notice them a lot out on the road at night doing their thing and really enjoy the feature. Definitely nice to have in certain situations.

Weirdest things to ruin a tire?

Picked this up the day I bought my second ram (2013) on a road in town, luckily we weren't able to swap over the rims/tires from my 2011 the day I bought it. Quick patch and took it back to the dealer to get my old rims/tires swapped over.

Ram 1200 coming to market? What is your opinion?

And just to play devils advocate, I'm ok with them not bringing back certain great names from the past if they are going to use it on an inferior product. A good example of that is the blazer from chevy, or a more expensive equinox. I've been into cars just about my entire life and have always...

New Ram on Order! (Thanks MD)

You can build them up to over $80,000 msrp easily (I just did on the build/price on rams website and it came to $83,425).

What did you do to your Ram today???

Used it to deliver this fine tremec t56 6 speed I've had for a couple of years now to its new owner. Kind of got it before family life ended up consuming most of my time/energy/funds (in a good way and I wouldn't trade it) and it doesn't look I'll be doing an entire drivetrain swap on my old...

    Start of 2022 Production.

No problem at all, there really is so much to these trucks as it is and then add in parts shortages for random trims at different times and it's very hard to keep it all straight. Agree though, this is the best forum specifically for 5th gen content/information.

What did you do to your Ram today???

Yeah same in the longhorn (and previous generation) which is good, cause my carpet sections would be absolutely trashed from winter right now. I do like these stock mats though for winter once the carpet is removed, hoping to put mine back in sometime this month unless we get a late storm.
