That's just sad and crazy at the same time..... I would shop around and see what's available on the lots even if it's further away. I wouldn't wait 4 months.

The estimated shipping date for me was April 30, it's May 6 and it's still in JB status. So definitely not firm.

I ask my dealer about that, they do not guarantee build times, they are just estimates.

@GadgetMason Does your window sticker and build sheet show up? I am still curious when the windows sticker is supposed to show up. I thought before it was going to get shipped. I read in this forum that build sheet means that it is built is that correct? My build sheet showed up on April 30...

7 days working then 7 days off is not that bad. I work oil refinery and on regular days I work 3 on 3 off, 12 hours rotating days/nights. When we are on maintenance we work 6 days on 1 day off for up to 6 weeks. I am sure they won't run like that forever, but I could see the same happening here...

Yeah, I almost feel like they give random answers sometimes. I asked them if there were any updates since the dealer was telling me it was in D1 even though it was in D, and they said they do not give codes anymore but it's scheduled to be built......

Got a good deal on the rental, I think would have been more loss driving my trade-in longer.

I had to trade in my Durango SRT because of the same reasons. I didn't want the trade-in value to drop. I drive a rental now until my truck finally arrives. 14 weeks on Wednesday.

congrats! Can't wait for mine, my trip is May 15, so still got a little while to get here. But I doubt that it will be here in time.
