I think anything after 10/31 is fair because that was the date when production was supposed to start when I ordered (see chart below). So, I'll change my wait time to 12 weeks. But one Ram chat dude told me my truck would be built the first week in January. That was clearly BS. So, I'm...
I’d be inclined to agree that 9 weeks isn’t bad. I’m at 20 weeks on Monday. When I placed my order, production was supposed to have started before you submitted your order. And as Eighty said, these 🤡 🤡 🤡 at Ram are building trucks that just got their VINs and giving the rest of us the 🖕🏻...
I’m just excited my wait is coming to an end. My estimated ship date is tomorrow at 1:59am. Tracker still stays scheduled. I’m sure they’ll get it out on time 🙄
Well, I'm not sure the POCs are all that reliable. My estimated ship date is 1/21 at 1:59am. Still in D1 per a POC yesterday, @triple_B's tracker, and the pizza tracker. They have just over 24 hours to get my truck into production and built to stay on track with the POC. Something tells me...
I'm right there with you! I asked my dealer for an update. They sent me a POC today that showed my estimated ship date as 1/21. Used to be 1/22. (As @Eighty has said, sounds like that's when the truck comes off the line, not when it's actually shipped.) That's better than going back to D...
The real problem is that the pizza tracker doesn't let you change the angle of the truck image. It's going to get really boring looking at the same angle for the next two years.
Who knows. The "typical" time ranges are all garbage anyways. I've been in "Scheduled" status for over a month. Ram told me twice that I should have started production last week and that trucks stay in Scheduled status for 15-21 days. Yet, here I am...still in Scheduled status... Now I'm...
I'm chompin at the bit. I ordered it with the G/T package, and I have found myself sitting around watching videos of the exhaust sounds. What a sad state of affairs...
No worries dude. I’m not offended. Everyone’s entitled to an opinion, and if the worst thing you say when you’re drinking is that you like unions, I’d say you’re in pretty good shape.
I ordered the exact same truck as you but 2023. Same granite two-tone color, GT, Ramboxes, etc. How do you like the exhaust? Is it all it's cracked up to be? I've never seen a GT on the road.
I wasn't long after you. My grumpiness stems in part from Ram pushing back production by what...two months or something? And then they take relatively new orders and elevate them over ours and effectively shut down production for two weeks.
That is absolutely a risk. I'm sure Ram has some dude comparing these posts with @triple_B 's tracker and saying "Oh look at this smart a$$...Let's see how he likes going back to D." On the flip side, enough complaining could turn off potential buyers. Their best bet is to stop pissing off...
