This has been debated until everyone was heated and angry (see other's posts regarding 89 vs 91). Let those run what they find to be best for them. My Durango R/T loved 91 and gave me 3 extra days out of the tank when running it .. My truck runs OK on 89 but I get more MPGs from 91 .. I've...
Covered their butts - we have had plenty of cam+lifters & complete engine replacements at the dealer here. As said prior, if the oil control valve is pulled and there is no metal filings, then the cams+lifters can be replaced for constant tick@startup noise. The cams have to be pulled and...
Nothing in the DR side at the moment.
I use the rear driver side RAM BOX mostly to hold a single grocery bag when I hit the store. If I have more than one, then I use the back seat area normally.
I used to hold some of my tools for work in there that I would also use at home (aka Soldering...
Thanks, Yeah, I'm using one now in the meantime but would like to do the install like yours since I'm creating my own dividers and floor "shelves".

I have most of that on-hand myself (due to my past &...
The search function at the top of the page will provide you with multiple links to those who have done the same, including those who had also upgraded their H/K systems. Most include some great photos and links to items they obtained...

I wouldn't mind at much except my rig has the build-in foldable rear seat storage and the stock rubber mats are "PRESS FITTED" and can be a pain -- I just use my RAM BOX more.
That is a neat idea! .. I'd do the same but inside my RAM BOX .. do you have a list of part numbers or links where you obtained them (aka Amazon)?
Wait, neither of yours' came with them? They were installed on mine from the factory :-P
I made my own .. but I do like that shield as well LOL
(chrome and thin-blue-line) - Distressed (back window)
(Chrome and thin-blue-line) - Normal (front fenders) - reversed ALWAYS FORWARD on the passenger side
Mileage on the vehicle?
- Pull on the exhaust manifold heat covers (typically the passenger side, but driver may also do it - at least on the 4th gens). The rearward bolts tend to be the ones that snap. Noise tends to go away after warmup.
- If the vehicle sat at a weird angle overnight, then...
They are supposed to put out a fix for it under STAR complaints .. plenty at the dealership .. STAR even said they will not cover the cost ift he dealer replaces it .. so once on update is pushed out, it will start working again ..
aka
like Windows -- fix one thing and break something else.
I could get mine to temp. go away by applying the parking brake and releasing while holding in reverse. After I added the TSB brackets, it has never returned.
