along with the rear window (which hadn't leaked in the 3 yrs I've owned the truck) and THE biggest leak was the antenna .. thus the carpets being replaced due to mold/mildew.
Why do it yourself IF it is under warranty and gets replaced for free?
Only thing that you can seal during your lunch hour would be your rear brake light -- they have new foam that is sticky on one side that is used (if you don't want the light replaced).

I grew up and went to school back in the days rebuilding 350s .. so I know :)
But after getting my Cobra and swapping out the 4.6 for the 5.4 -- working on DOHCs is a great change! :)
Dropping the rear headliner takes time and patience to say the least. Remove both sets of pillars and untuck the headliner from the rear window just enough to reach in from the opened rear glass and have the 3rd brake light out helps too. I should have taken some step-by-step photos .. I still...
Must be another reason the Hemi is going away in a couple years we were told.
We have at least 3 torn down each week at my place of work ..
BUT
the V6's are just as bad. I've replaced cams and lifters in more of those.
I'm still shocked they use pushrods .. but I guess so does the LS motors...
If it is the latest version, then it will stick out a bit more than the stock one ..
why?
because the new design has a gasket that is nearly 3x that of the original, and it also has an additional gasket added to help seal.
if you watch the water now, it runs off both sides of the 3rd brake light...
Passenger Side Exhaust Manifold .. there are also TSBs for the gasket just after the y-pipe as well .. replace that if you can tell it is leaking there.
I thought for sure my rig had the harnesses down under, but I didn't see them. I was going to have my parts dept add the sales code so I could configure the rig, then try the resistor theory.
I work at the dealer, so no hurry here for the same reasons .. My carpet wont even be delivered until mid-end- of june, so that's why I'm happy to drive with the carpets out.
They have to pay me to install them anyways, so I'm happy to take photos for the Warranty Work :)

Finally got the new rear window replaced along with the new 3rd brake light (and resealed the shark fin) .. truck is all dry so I can put in the new carpets next week ..
New 3rd Brake light has thicket gasket + additional gasket attached.
New rear window has no vibrations during music playback...

There are 2 issues (and TSBs) -- you need to be more specific .. and "Warranty" no longer covers it, so purchase the parts yourself.
High Pitch Squeal (in reverse) - replace pads and pad brackets
