Is it true that the Warren plant that made the Classic annnounced layoffs is being converted to make the Rebel X.

What is ZF and what makes it relevant to our discussion. Keep in mind, it may be related to a change in model year or they have excess inventory, or this is a part/supplier with quality issues.
