This has been a hard year to gage. I think the factory is getting better at building trucks in a timely matter. I ordered a new Big Horn on Aug 9, 2021. My lease was set to expire on Dec 28, 2021. My dealer wanted to purchase my truck for $3000 more than my lease payoff. Not sure if that's a...
My ordered vehicle will go to someone else simply because it took too long for the mothership to build it and when they did they didn't build it like I ordered it. The mothership has issues too. I certainly hope they don't try to punish my dealer for things out of my dealer's control.
I'm a little concerned when I start pulling our camper this summer. I could hear my 2019 with normal exhaust when the truck was working. I'm hoping this isn't too obnoxious. But it's hardly noticeable during cruising speeds now but wakes right up when you get on it.
Well, it's official. I'm no longer waiting on my ordered truck. I purchased a Laramie GT off the lot. The kicker was that my dealer was finally able to get my truck scheduled for build on Feb 4 but the factory said they could not build it with Blind Spot Monitoring. We all know this is bulls**t...
There's a good chance your truck has some equity. If that's the case your dealer may want to purchase it for a price above your lease payoff and give you the equity. I got $3000 from my dealer. But if you go that route the dealer has to buy it 60 days before your lease ends so take that into...
I heard a few months back that trucks were only getting driver side foam bottle holders so I kept the passenger side from my 2019 I sold to the dealer to put in my new truck.
I've heard good things about MD. I'm not mad at my dealer, but I don't think they have the influence with Ram the way MD does. I don't think they are screwing me. They've battled for me. The problem lies with Ram production and their asinine politics. My dealer treats me right with service so I...
Bottom line is that if the options were available when I ordered, then build it that way. I ordered on August 9. Quit putting my options on trucks ordered in Nov and Dec then turn around and tell me a certain option isn't available in Jan. The whole thing stinks.
My latest POC lists a $1000 increase plus they deleted a $600 option. The owner of my dealership said he talked to his Rep about price protecting me, but there's no guarantee it will happen. I understand the market is what it is, but this whole experience has left me very disappointed. The joy...
I've had a Big Horn on order since August 9 and they suddenly decided they couldn't build it as ordered. Just to get it here we cancelled the old order and re-ordered with what they could build. This kinda pissed me off but it should be here in a month. In the mean time, the dealer just got in a...

My dealer gave me the code for my employer that is an affiliate. You sign up, get a control number, and give it to your dealer. My dealer used to take care of this for me but apparently Chrysler put a stop to that. I'm sure...
Sorry I missed this. I posted some of this info in a previous post. My dealer told me Affiliate Discounts are back but not all dealers are honoring them due to the unusual times we are in. Some dealers are selling above sticker price. My dealer will honor my ordered truck because it was ordered...
My dealer told me it is back but many dealers aren't accepting it and some dealers are raising the price over sticker. We've all seen examples of that on this forum. There's a Laramie GT on their lot that I might bite on and forego the truck I ordered. That GT is pretty cool. Only thing it...
