So just received an update from my dealer. The truck is on the train in route to Mira Loma California rail yard. They should see it sometime next week.
It took me a day tops to figure out how things work around here. There is absolutely no reason to change things now. Triple B, I say don't change a thing. As many have mentioned before it's amazing what you do for us in the first place. That includes Eighty as well of course.
My wife has a 2021 Grand Cherokee L with the 6 cylinder and start stop. It is so much smoother than her previous Honda Pilot. I have also seen that the etorque is very smooth. I have hated start stop before but I'm coming around.
I'm about an hour north of Bakersfield. So who knows what route they would take. I suspect my truck will stay on the train until it gets to Sacramento.
My last Ram, back in November of 2020, landed in Salt Lake City Utah through Union Pacific and from there it was trucked to the dealer I ordered it from. I ordered it from a small dealership in Richfield Utah, gave me a great deal. So if our trucks follow the same route you will get it first. So...

My old 2009 Ram 1500 Laramie Hemi was loud and obnoxious, but I loved that truck. Kept it for 11 years until I sold it to my brother in law. It's still going strong.
I wanted to make sure the Hemi was still available so I ordered a new one this year. I was hoping to keep my ecodiesel longer but I suspect the Hemi will be eliminated eventually...
