Yeah, if you tell the truck to go to Aero it will stay there. The Off-Road options have speed thresholds designed for safety that will be overridden due to speed if they are manually selected.
If I manually select Aero, it will stay in Aero. If I have the truck in Normal, the 'Auto Aero' setting changes the ride height on the highway.
Once you figure out the quirks with Entry/Exit using the fob, it's really not a big deal.
No, they wouldn't. I bought a 2003 Tahoe that was pretty well loaded for around $35K. If you priced out something similar today, you're north of $63K. (Same engine by the way)

There's thermal energy being put into the cab, even if it's cool outside. There's going to be at least one carbon-based life-form/hot water bottle in there at about 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit.
The idea that the cab temp will be in alignment with the vent temp for A/C is unrealistic.

I've run the Michelin LTX M/S, LTX M/S 2, and now the 3rd generation Defender LTX M/S. They're great tires. The only Michelin LTX I can't recommend were the Premiere on my 2016 Mercedes GL 450 (poor tread life).
The 5th gen has significantly more airflow than the previous gen. I still think the issue is related to a blend door that allows too much airflow through the heater core.
