Has anyone been the a dealer yet to see if they can manually push the 19.49.13 to truck? I imagine the problem is they would say that we aren't eligible for the update so it would take some convincing to download the package against FCA protocol.

I'd recommend people contact @uconnectcares on twitter and start a case with those on N0GL. I did it over the weekend and a case manager is supposed to contact me by the end of the week. If enough of us do it, it can't hurt at this point.

I had that same issue with that software version as well before I had the dealer update to 18.45.40

FCA in its infinite wisdom sells the map updates. I have not seen a verified OTA map update as of yet.

I think the dealers may already have the download. When I had the truck in Friday for brake repairs and I was complaining of the 12" glitchiness, they said a new update dropped and it would be no problem for them to download it. Well, after 5 minutes they came back to the customer lounge and...

Some guys with similar oddities with the system (especially with presets) sometime state that the truck will sit all day without a battery pull and then voilà their apps/settings are back upon starting back up. I'll be curious what you find out.

Same here, in IL. Just out of curiosity, did anyone with N0GL get a dealer installed update in the past and also receive this update? I'm just wondering if the dealer update may have done something with the ability to OTA update.

Those bottom buttons are customizable by you. My backup cam is showing in my uconnect apps and I would just drag and drop. Maybe disconnecting negative battery cable for a few minutes and letting the uconnect sit for a half hour might work to help reboot it?

Lexol hasn't caused me problems. Mild dish soap mixed with water should get the haze out

I guess I shouldn't be too worried of no update prompt on my NG0L if you guys are still seeing them pop up. I'll start worrying when this thread stops updating, lol
