Call your dealer. My tracker updated to shipped today. It was on the lot yesterday. I ordered from a different dealer in NOVA. It had not shipped as of 3/9 per the dealer's system and was on the lot 6 days later.
Yes - I'm a little bummed that I don't be getting granite. Granite was the best color for sure. I also like silver and patriot blue, but those aren't options either. I'm going to look at Delmonico in person.
Let me take a poll based on the currently available colors: Black or Delmonico Red? I'm not a huge fan of white (shows too much dirt, though has far as white trucks go, the Ram does look great in white) or flame red (too bright for me).
:ROFLMAO: Mine never shipped according to the tracker. I'm contacting Koons today about a new order (different dealer than my current one). They're offering 6% below invoice it looks like. Mine was priced at invoice, so it looks like I can save some money while also moving on from this disaster...
They're all full of sh*t. My truck was built on 2/10. They missed the initial ETA of 2/26. The dealer then told me it would be early March. And Ram HQ told the dealer it would be here last week. My new ETA as of Sunday is March 27. The truck still hasn't shipped according to the tracker...
Somewhere on this thread, RamCares responded to a similar post and gave a number you can call. I can't find the post now, but it might be a few pages back.
Welcome to the thread, and I have no idea how you have stayed sane/not come here to rant about this process. But thanks for confirming that staying silent also doesn't get you a truck.
