Sorry to hear that your truck didn't get closer to level. They say every half a coil you cut off will lower your ride by about .75" so if you want it perfect level sounds like you need to cut off 1 full coil off the back springs. That should drop it another 1.5"
Air bags is a good idea, that way...
It may handle just a bit better, but some better sway bars, adjustable endlinks would for sure help.
I'm still undecided but I may cut about 3/4 of a coil of the springs front and rear. That should drop it about another inch all around. Then at the least I will go with adjustable endlinks to...
Just a simple 2" lowering spring in the rear makes all the difference.
So for less than $150 and about a hour of your time you can make the truck level and look so much better without the factory rake. Just a option instead of raising the front to get the truck level.

Yes, did a 2/4 on my 14 Ram 4x4 I had and liked it. My last RAM was a 16 Rebel, ran 35's on that and left it in the off-road level with the air 99 percent of the time. Figured I'll most likely go to a 2/4 or 3/5 when they come out with a kit for the 19 4x4. Not many places to go off roaring...
I bought these through Accessory Partners.
Part number is 272920
They only cost me $148.14 shipped.
Made in USA and are a great 2" progressive lowering spring.
Thanks for the kind replies, I think the truck looks much better.

I was trying to decide what I wanted to do with my truck, lift it, lower it, or level it.
So for right now I decided to level it by putting 2" lowering springs in the rear.
I'm still undecided if I want the lowered look, 2/4, 3/5 with some 24's or 26's or if I want to do a 6" lift and run 35's...
As far as the badges that i removed i don't plan on putting them back on. I used a plastic 3" wide body filler spreader or what ever you call it, as well as using a heat gun. Thats what i used to take off all the emblems including the Hood emblems on the sport hood.
As far as the tips, yes they...
I just put on the B2 Fabrications muffler delete yesterday.
I also used my Carven black tips from my 16 Rebel that I traded in. I haven't driven it many miles yet but my initial thoughts are I like it. Going from my 16 Rebel with a Carven muffler and tips to the stock 19 Laramie it was just way...
I actually used my Carven tips off of my 16 Rebel I traded in.
I had to cut both sets, the Carven tips and the tips off my 19 right behind the cans. Then welded on the Carven cans to my 19 connection pipes. I figured I already had them and since the changed the pipe size in 19 that was the best...
?
I know with my 16 Rebel I had with the air suspension you could put it in the desired height and then pull a fuse from the fuse box under the hood and it would stay in that ride height until you put the fuse back in. I was running 35's on that so I liked keeping it in off-road mode all of the...
