Well crap, thought you did on your first 5th gen. All the hype it’s a very solid upgrade. Takes away the looseness of the rear which adds up to get feel out of the whole truck

Small hammer and a flat faced punch or can use a 3/8ths extension. Was going to jb weld afterwards but cold or hot I haven’t felt/heard out of them since. So no jb yet.
Way I read this probably a single lifter, I had/have same. Lifters got done. Noise was gone for about 2-3k now it’s back in same place. I’m just living with it as first time getting it looked at or action to resolve it was exhausting!! Also had a fca tech tell me It was normal won’t effect...
Had same as you described. I haven’t wasted anymore time on it. Adjusted here and there. Once warmed up it goes away. Why I paid so much attention to it was the resonance under truck after install. Which ended up being resonators weep holes. Which I closed off and no issues after.
