I agree except the ‘22s now have wire Apple/Google car play, so the wireless charger makes a lot of sense. It keeps things clean with no wires.

I’ve felt both and the deluxe almost feels like denim and the regular like a soft cloth. My subjective opinion is that the deluxe is worth it.

I have these as well and love them. I don’t think I’ll ever have a truck without them. They retract and give a clean look when the doors are closed and then drop down to provide a useful step height when needed.

It’s funny you mention that. I had to ask Morimoto about it. With the daytime running lights selected in Uconnect, the led strip, 4 light thing and led projector are on (basically all lights on). If you turn off the DRL in uconnect, the led projector turns off but the strip and 4 light thing...

Thanks for the well written review. I echo you comments on the unconnect system and share the same experiences. It’s nice, but doesn’t seem to be ready for prime time.

I ordered the Frye Fly light set from Amazon and am very happy with it. A full set of lights plus the tool to open everything up. Mine also had the diagram showing which lights went where. A great buy. The map lights were a pain, but worth the work. Now the interior is visible at night!

I ordered the light from my dealer this morning. They matched the $386.10 price I found online (they stated that was just about at cost). I want the light to match the night edition look of the rest of the truck. I may add the cable and mirror later.
