It appears to be a FCA problem. I had a 2018 chrysler 300s prior to my ram and had 3 screen replacements by my dealer for this exact issue, one also with the radio itself and it was always there.

New poster to the forum, but got the paragoptics blue kit and it was fantastic. Well made, very OEM, install is actually very easy if you follow the directions. Customer service is top notch. Have been meaning to get pictures, just havent done so yet.
