Well after leaving my truck at the dealership they said we could not duplicate the problem so they can’t do anything. All the tsbs are for 2019s so they won’t do any of that to my 2020. I asked them to open a star case and they said they can t do that, only if it’s something they can’t fix...
Well my 2020 limited has been doing the clunk, I’ve heard it 4 times in first 2 weeks of owning. It’s has 2300 miles, it was a demo vehicle with 2000 miles. I will be calling my dealership tomorrow to try and have this fixed.
The doc fees are just 129$ but they do charge 599$ for wheel locks, nitro in tires, and a pulsing third brake light. They claim FCA tells them they have to install 3 things and those are the cheapest 3 so it’s what they do on all vehicles.
I am on the verge of buying a 2020 Ram 1500 limited. MSRP is just over 70k. I’ve got them up to 9200 in dealer discounts and 3k in rebates. My OTD price is at 58,300. Just curious on what you all think of this deal. I love the truck, but am also holding out fir the best deal possible. Thanks!
