Finally hit D1 status with build scheduled the week of the 24th. POC shows a ship date of 2/2/2022. Super happy that all my original order options from June are there, including Rebel Level 2 Equipment Group and Rebel 12A!!

My Jan 17th unofficial build date has been pushed to Jan 24th. Maybe it will stick? :cautious:

Too few people these days know and appreciate the value of a handshake. I will be doing the same.

That makes sense. uConnect doesn't expect the vehicle to move when it's not running.

Sandi told me that currently it is 6-8 weeks from production to dealership. You guys are reporting a much shorter timeframe which is what I'm hoping for but mine supposedly isn't scheduled to build until the week of 1-17 :(

Want to know how to dissuade buyers from cancelling? Build the trucks in order!!! I understand orders for MY2021 being converted but there's no way dealerships should have trucks on the lot before people who got in line 5-6 months ago.

Sandi just emailed me a response stating that she got the info from their inside rep and the POC just hasn't been updated yet. Not sure how to feel just yet. It's nice to have a date finally but it's still two months out!! Bittersweet.

Checked in with Sandi @ MD this week. They're working with Stellantis regarding sold orders that have been changed without approval. A Rebel that was ordered 5 days after my order has been changed from Level 2 to Level B. As of yesterday morning my order is unchanged. Both Rebel Level 2 and...

RAM Care. Only emails I've received from FCA are the "I've opened a special tracking file for your order" email back on 8-24 and then the "your new RAM truck will be on the way to you soon" email on 9-22.

I'm told today that my order "has their full attention and it will be onto the next stage very soon." :rolleyes:

I think the Mopar store has some stuff mislabelled. I think they have multiple products they call "tubular side steps" and those running boards look like what comes on the truck when you pick the tubular side steps. Here's what it looks like in the build & price tool. Those look good, not like...
