If I'm not mistaken, on the ANC input is the larger white connector and output is the smaller black connector. I'll check mine tomorrow and let you know but i would still verify all of this. The amp has the input and output sides marked. If you buy the amp from Crutchfield, you can always call...
It was a really simple install. I used a ANC bypass harness (idatalink Bch3), cut it in half and soldered the amps input wiring harness to one half, and the output harness to the other half. The Kicker is small enough to fit under the driver's seat next to the ANC.
This almost sounds like the issue Chevrolet was having with the 2023 Colorado a couple of months ago. They were doing over the air updates which would fault and not completely install. The truck would stay "alive" waiting to finish the update causing the battery to drain.
Have you had a lot of rain recently? If so it's possible, especially if the drain field is in a low spot, that the ground is saturated and unable to leech the liquid as fast as usual. Just a thought.
I agree 100%! My factory 6 speaker system sounded "muddy", it was awful. I started out with just replacing the speakers with Infinity's which led to a powered sub which, in turn, begat a Kicker 200.4 amp / DSL. I LOVE my system now! The Kicker amp has some kind of Voodoo black magic programming...
It's got to be wiped down, not left sitting on the motor. I've done this for years and NEVER seen anything under the hood or in the wheel wells turn brown. All motors will get dusty after you've driven the vehicle for any length of time at all.
I use an old dealer trick. Spray foaming Armor All (or similar) tire cleaner / dressing on everything and let it drip off to clean off the dirt, then wipe down with a rag. It also works on wheel wells. Just spray it on but dont wipe them down. It sounds crazy but absolutely works!
Here is a link to a recent thread about this. The short answer is it's pretty normal.

Did you but it new or used? If used, it's probably a mod the previous owner installed. Reflective Concepts is who a lot of us have used for vinyl applique lettering.
Yes, those are the ones that I'm using and I really like them. If cost isn't a consideration Bora spacers are the gold standard of wheel spacers. They are made in the USA, when you order them and come in about any thickness you can imagine. They also have a lifetime warranty.
Yep, KSP's are what I'm using and have had no problems in the 2 years or so that they have been on my truck.
Hub centric fit the trucks hub snugly so you don't have to worry about the spacers being installed or becoming un-centered. Another benifit, most of the weight of the truck is being...
Mine kicks in when slowing down from speed like at a stoplight. I have to very lightly "feather" the brake pedal to come to a smooth stop. The best way i can explain how it feels is like the brakes are catching or the transmission is downshifting.
I have no problems with acceleration other than a bit of throttle lag. My problem is the stupid regenerative braking! When I first bought my truck in '20 I HATED A/S/S 😏. I slowly learned to live with it and now actually like it other than the regen braking.
