I have confirmed that the 68323489AD is in fact the shock that comes on a 2021 4-corner air suspension Rebel (Thanks BrockBoe)
Once I remove one of mine I will compare the fully extended and fully retracted lengths between the two shock absorbers.
And measure the length between the air bag's...
I bet that you just unfortunately got a bad casting. You just need to get a hold of someone's old blown air bag.
I wonder if the 4th Gen air suspension parts were the same:

That's amazing I just ordered a pair of those shocks 68323489AD ($340 each) to retrofit, if possible to my air bags.

Very cool! I'm a big fan. I had a 1968 Camaro (550HP) street car that I drag raced and then 2001 BMW M Coupe (800HP / 600TRQ) street car that I ran on several road courses in Louisiana and Texas. Only spectated at two drift contests but would love to see more!

That is unfortunate and the first time that I have heard of this. It appears to have corroded? Any history about what if anything it was exposed to in it's environment? ie: harsh chemicals, engine cleaners, salt? Perhaps some contaminate during the casting process? It appears to be aluminum or...
This wear occurs when the steering wheel is at full lock and the suspension moves up and/or down.
It is normal but it is also a good reason to let off a little lock when maxed out.
Since the stops are located behind the axis, only the "inside" wheel hub rubs this way when at the end of it's...
I'm guessing that yours is the picture on the left? And not the center one with the trailer steering?
Did the dealership get to the bottom of your issue?
I wasn't able to capture good picture of the 12" screen whist in reverse, (flickering refresh rate) I probably would need to alter the settings on my Android phone and I'm no photographer.

Can you determine if it is coming from the front axle or the rear? Left or the Right hand side?
Process of elimination: If you have a 33" spare then move some tires around to see if the vibration moves.
