New shoes came in! 275/65r20 General Grabber ATXs. No rubbing or trimming required with my current suspension set up. So far I like them. I'll get a better picture in the coming days when I get it cleaned up and the air dam removed.
Been itching for some new tires for a WHILE. Rolled 40k on the oem Falkens and decided it was time. Got Discount tire to price match Amazon on some 275/65r20 General Grabber ATXs for $302/tire. $60 discount on each one. Seem to be pretty comparable to the Falken AT3Ws I was considering and $110...
This guy doesn't know how to measure and apparently doesn't know how to fix a seat if his knees are hitting the dash in his 5th gen 😂 I'm 6'2 and have room for days in mine. Even with the crumb snatchers behind me.
I'd also be interested to know how much of a difference you notice. I've considered this myself.
I like my pro xs but would like a little more volume. Don't want to go all the way to the atak though.
Going on 3 yrs with a truck with ET in Georgia. I disable AS/S on everything I own because imo it's a dumb feature. It's also very annoying in the summer here because the truck will get the cab to a nice temperature, shut down at a red-light and sometimes before the red-light changes it has to...
Unfortunately us rural folk are a dying breed and make up a fraction of the target markets. Hopefully there will be options that make more sense for us. I'm currently looking into solar and batteries for my house to take advantage of the tax credits. I'm an electrician by trade so I feel...
Mines the same way and no. Never had any issues. My wife's van is also tinted the same all the way around and we've had it for 5 yrs with no issues think it depends on your jurisdiction mostly. Even though it's illegal none of the depts around me seem to care.
I put yellow tint on my stock led fogs from lamin-x. Doesn't change the brightness obviously but I prefer it so much more over the stock color. Just leaving the fogs on all the time changes the color temperature of my surroundings when driving at night. Too much white light makes it hard to see...
What scenarios are you thinking that it wouldn't work? Just legitimately asking because there may be something I'm not thinking of. I'd imagine with it being built on a frame then a work truck variant will have the ability to have a flat bed without much compromise/strain on production.
It's body on frame. AFAIK it may be the only ev truck to be that way. Apparently GMC claims the denali isn't unibody but the body is bonded to the battery. On the ram revolution website they have a cutaway and you can see the frame.
Extremely valid point. From my understanding Ford and some of...
It's happened to both of mine. Seems to be hit or miss on whether it happens or not. 2020 with 36,xxx miles. Replaced the passenger side under warranty and I need to go back in for the drivers side. Just don't feel like dealing with the service dept.
If I'm remembering correctly the rebels should be like the orp trucks in that the springs are where the extra 1" of lift comes from. So whatever you set your shocks at would be +1" because of the springs.
Yea unfortunately that'll be your only option. I'd see if I could find the cheapest set possible and then get them wrapped/painted depending on what's cheaper.
I still haven't done it. However, you won't be able to find the matte black door handles with passive entry. You'll have to purchase color matched ones.
You have to be very specific and look at the molecular makeup of the "group" of oils.
https://blog.amsoil.com/are-all-synthetic-oil-groups-the-same-group-iii-vs-iv-vs-v/amp/
To piggy back off what hskr said I think it's something like all readily available full synthetics are now group 3? You...
