I had one of these when I worked midnight shift. Worked well. Didn't wanna scrape the windshield after work and my little commuter takes forever to defrost. Easier to just take that thing off and hit the road.
Yea I've noticed the positive camber when my truck is parked and the wheels are turned. I was thinking of getting them to introduce some slight negative camber just to offset the difference.
I made a post about this the other day but I'm also dealing with this issue. Took to the dealer and they saw no issue with the alignment. It's the very outer edge. I'd say about 1/2 of the outer tread pattern is measuring 8/32-9/32. All other tread is at 11/32. I'm on General Grabber ATX...
All you guys are making me want to expedite my plans for an "RV barn". Plan is to have a lean to dedicated to housing an RV of some sort. The main portion of the barn will be home gym/man cave with potential for living space. The other lean to will be a dedicated sports area for my kids/grand...
I completely flushed my Mazda and went back in with the Peak 10yr. It's been doing great thus far. Probably do that on my truck once I hit 100k. I've not had a single issue with my coolant gelling or running hot since I saw this many miles ago. Thanks for the write up.
Went to Discount Tire yesterday for my normal rotation. They informed me that the insides of all 4 tires are at 11/32nd but the outside of all 4 have worn down to between 8/32nd and 9/32nd. Recommended to have it looked at. Took to the dealer today and they said the alignment looks fine. I...
I wash my truck sparingly because I honestly don't have time and don't want swirls from car washes. I've been having great results with the simple ceramic spray "waxes". Paint stays slick and I usually get the enhanced ease of washing dirt off. I'm sure there are benefits to ceramic coatings but...
You can tell when it's stopped working when the water during a wash stops beading/sheeting the way that it was prior.
Nothing major but did an oil change at 64k. I'm averaging about 6500 miles between oil changes. Attempted to do my transmission service with the blauparts kit. Got under the...
Just had mine completed at 65k miles with the blauparts kit. Was going to do it myself but the fill plug gave me fits. Found a transmission shop with great reviews near me who charged $150 for labor. Immediately scheduled an appointment and took my truck down off my stands lol.
Interesting that they changed from this graphic apparently.
With brand new ORG springs and 3rd clip I got 2.75" of lift on my truck at time of installation.
Yep, I believe when I was deciding everything that I went for a total of 2.8". somewhere along the way I'd read that more than 3" of lift would cause issues unless remedied by additional suspension equipment.
Check out this post and the one below it.

Ordered the Blauparts ZF8 service kit. Gonna change it out during my Thanksgiving vacation. Transmission service always makes me nervous for some reason but I got it.
Yea, I'd agree that 80k is on the low side for what I'd consider high mileage. Depends on the year too however.
Regardless, I've got a 2020 hemi with the etorque sitting at right around 63,000 miles. Truck has been near flawless save for the exhaust manifolds. As mentioned previously some...
